I wrote this on December 27th, 2015 at 2:33 AM in a basement in Atlanta, GA.

I was hurting very very bad and could not sleep. 
I wanted to cry but my body wouldn't let me, and my chest was squeezed so tight from the tension that it felt like my sternum would collapse inward with enough force to  shoot backwards through my heart, through my spine, and through the wall behind me. 

So I wrote this, and forgot about it until I found it again yesterday.
